  • How can I check the balance on my gift card?

    While we don’t offer this option at the moment, we're actively working on it and hope to bring it to you soon. In the meantime, you can visit the merchant's website to check your balance.

  • Can the recipient use multiple gift card to purchase one product?

  • What should I do if I detect fraud related to my e-Gift card?

    While Supr cannot recover the balance of a stolen or compromised gift card, we strongly urge you to keep your gift card details and PIN secure at all times. Your vigilance is the best defense against fraud.

  • Can e-Gift Cards be recharged after purchase?

    e-Gift Cards cannot be recharged. You can use them for a single purchase or across multiple transactions, depending on the brand’s terms and conditions.

  • What security precautions should I take for e-Gift Cards?

    To ensure the security of your e-Gift Card, always keep your PIN/code confidential and never share it with anyone.
