  • Can I change the address my gift is going to?

    If your gift item hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a change of delivery address. Just reach out to us at care@thesupr.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    While we don’t offer this option at the moment, we're actively working on it and hope to bring it to you soon.

  • What are your shipping options?

    We currently offer standard shipping, which takes about 1 to 3 days for delivery, depending on your location.

  • Can the sender provide the delivery address directly, rather than leaving it to the recipient?
