Will there be a reminder to nudge the recipient to accept the gift I sent?
Supr will kindly remind your recipient to accept the gift on the 3rd, 8th, and 14th days. If the gift remains unaccepted, you’ll have the option to cancel it, and the order price will be credited to your account as Supr Coins.
How to Cancel a Sent Gift
- Log in to your account using your credentials.
- Navigate to the "My Gifts" section in your account.
- Under "Sent" gifts, find and select the gift you wish to cancel.
- Click the "Cancel" button to complete the cancellation.
- The amount will be credited as Supr Coins to your account.
